Growth and vision
The same idea, carried further.
Since 2003 the group has added companies when the customer's chain needed another link. The direction is to keep those links synchronized.
The group began in 2003 as a manufacturer serving automotive plants. Truckload followed, because the freight and the labor belonged together. Freight management followed that, because shippers wanted the transportation handled, not just the truck.
Warehousing, order fulfillment, and custom contract manufacturing now sit with Synchronized Fulfillment: fewer handoffs, one standard of communication, and one company for the full scope of that work. The southeastern United States is the published reach of the fulfillment offer. National freight is how shippers use Synchronized Supply Chain Solutions. Synchronized International extends the chain from any origin to any destination, so the move can stay with the group when it leaves the country.
What comes next is that same model, carried further. An integrated supply-chain, logistics, and industrial group, with operating companies that can be synchronized instead of stacked on top of each other. The standard does not change: communication that is accurate, relevant, and timely, and a whatever-it-takes posture when the plan breaks.
Office hours stay human. The freight commitment stays 24/7/365, with one person to call. The family atmosphere the company has talked about since the beginning is still the culture it says it will keep.
A group built to take the next facility, the next lane, and the next customer seriously.
No invented volume, no invented map. The work that is real is already on the capabilities pages.
