A2B Synchronized Logistics was formed by Eddie Williams, owner and president, to perform truckload deliveries in tandem with indirect labor services and warehousing.
The company hires company drivers and independent contractor owner-operators. Logistics coordinators work with drivers. Seats published on the careers page are over-the-road, dedicated, regional, local, and flatbed, plus a lease-purchase path for drivers who want their own truck.
Over-the-road drivers haul long distances in addition to local routes, with the stated aim of making more money and being home when requested. Dedicated drivers run the lower 48 on a dedicated schedule. Regional work stays in a specified area that may cover a few southeastern states. Local drivers stay near a Synchronized hub. Flatbed freight is hauled for pre-existing customers to provide consistent load volume.
